The In-House Coach

icon-coaching

Coaching draws out the knowledge and expertise people already have.

Forward-thinking organisations around the world have woken up to the transformative power of coaching and the benefits of adopting a coaching approach in-house.

Our 18-hour modular programme will help your in-house coaches hit the ground running. Ongoing support and continuous learning are a feature of this programme.

Delivered by Rebecca Winn, a professionally accredited coach who tutors in coaching at postgraduate level.

The modules:

We cover

  • The fundamentals of coaching psychology
  • Credibility and the coaching relationship
  • Listening and observing to uncover meaning
  • Different questions for different purposes
  • Coaching frameworks
  • Creative tools and approaches

How it works:

The In-House Coach is made up of two-hour modules that can be delivered flexibly. For example, this could be in clusters, to form whole-day or half-day workshops at your venue. Or modules can be delivered live via video conferencing in small, digestible bites for a flexible, engaging experience. Why not have a blended delivery?

Both options include self-reflection and other activities for completion outside the sessions.

Throughout the programme participants receive ongoing support and check-ins. Additional development days, check-ins and supervision sessions can also be set up to support in-house coaches going forward.

To discuss how introducing coaching in-house can work for your organisation, get in touch.

Are you ready to start things moving? Then let’s talk.

We explore so many different things, there is never a dull or awkward moment. We have the flexibility to discuss anything, and at the end our discussion is all drawn together in my mind so I come away feeling energised and motivated again. Thank you, Rebecca!
